Instructions
Beginning theMovement Initiation:** Swiftly step out to the side with one leg, while simultaneously lifting the other leg straight out in front of you, keeping the knee straight. Your weight should be on the leg that has stepped out.
Arm Movement: While lifting your leg, lower your raised arms in a controlled motion until they are parallel with the lifted leg.
Return Movement: Return your raised leg to the starting position and bring your arms back overhead.
Continuation: Repeat the movement by stepping out to the opposite side and lifting the other leg to perform the front lift.
Exercise Pattern: Continue these movements in an alternating side-to-side fashion for the desired number of repetitions or for a set period of time to keep your heart rate elevated.
Additional Guidance: Ensure to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise, and focus on the controlled movement of your limbs. The arm movement combined with the leg lift increases the cardiovascular element of the exercise, making it an effective full-body workout.
