Cardio Step-Out Jack

Instructions

1. Start by standing upright with your feet together and arms by your sides. This is your starting position.

2. Step out to the side with your right foot and simultaneously raise both arms out to the sides and above your head. Your body should form an "X" shape at this point.

3. Quickly bring your right foot back to the starting position while lowering your arms back to your sides.

4. Immediately step out to the side with your left foot and raise both arms out to the sides and above your head, again forming an "X" shape.

5. Return to the starting position by bringing your left foot back and lowering your arms.

6. Continue alternating the movement from side to side in a fluid, rhythmic motion for the desired number of repetitions or set time period.

Make sure to maintain a straight posture and controlled movements throughout the exercise. The intensity can be increased by quickening the pace, ensuring a cardiovascular workout as well as engaging the targeted muscle groups.
