9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Just Super Human Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorada USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend JustGains, and any service or material we provide via JustGains, in our sole discretion without notice.
