Instructions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and raise your arms to the sides at shoulder height, forming a 'T' shape with your body.

2. Shift your weight onto your right leg and lift your left knee towards your chest while simultaneously rotating your torso to the left, bringing your right hand towards the lifted knee as if you're trying to touch your knee with your hand. Keep your left hand extended to maintain balance.

3. Twist your torso back to center, lower your left leg back to the starting position, and simultaneously bring your right arm back to the 'T' formation.

4. Repeat the movement by shifting your weight onto your left leg, lifting your right knee, and rotating your torso to the right, bringing your left hand towards the lifted knee.

5. Continue alternating sides for the recommended number of reps, focusing on engaging your core muscles throughout the exercise to maintain balance and control.

6. Aim to keep the movements smooth and controlled, with the knee drive and torso twist being done in one fluid motion.

Remember to breathe regularly throughout the exercise: exhale as you bring the knee up and twist the torso, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
