Instructions

1. Stand tall with your feet together and arms by your sides.

2. Jump to a position with feet wider than shoulder-width apart while simultaneously raising your arms out to the sides and above your head. Your body should form an "X" at the peak of the jump.

3. Land softly with slightly bent knees, lift one leg out to the side as high as comfortably possible while keeping it straight. Simultaneously bring the opposite arm down, touching your elevated leg.

4. Quickly jump back to the starting position with feet together and arms by your sides.

5. Repeat the movement, this time lifting the other leg and the opposite arm touching it.

6. Continue to alternate side leg raises with each jump for the desired number of repetitions or time.

Safety Tips: Keep your core engaged to maintain balance. Perform the exercise at a controlled pace to avoid injury. Land softly to reduce impact on your joints. Ensure sufficient space around you to perform the exercise safely.
