Instructions
1. Start in a standing position with your feet together and arms by your sides.
2. Jump your feet out to the side and simultaneously raise your arms above your head.
3. Quickly bring your feet back together and lower your arms, while hinging at the hips and bending the knees slightly to touch your toes.
4. Immediately explode back up, jumping and spreading your legs while raising your arms over your head again to return to the jumping jack position.
5. Continue the exercise by alternating between the open jumping jack and the toe touch squat for the desired number of repetitions or for a timed duration.<br>Ensure to maintain a rhythmic pace and proper form throughout the exercise. Focus on engaging the core and keeping a smooth breathing pattern.
