Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Step forward with the right foot and simultaneously lift your left hand to tap your right shoulder.

3. Step back to the starting position and repeat the motion with the opposite leg and hand. This time, step forward with the left foot and tap your left shoulder with your right hand.

4. Continue alternating sides for each rep, ensuring that you maintain balance and stability throughout the movement.

5. Keep your core engaged and your back straight to avoid any unnecessary strain on the lower back.

6. Pace yourself to maintain control and focus on form rather than speed. The goal is to work the core and upper body muscle groups with steady and controlled movement.

7. Complete the desired number of repetitions to complete one set. Take a short rest, and then proceed with the next set.
