Instructions
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.
2. Begin by shifting your weight to one foot.
3. Tap the opposite foot forward while simultaneously extending the opposite arm in a punching motion. Ensure your arm is parallel to the ground.
4. Quickly retract your arm back to the starting position while also bringing your tapping foot back to the starting position.
5. Alternate the punch and toe tap on the opposite side, shifting your weight smoothly from one leg to the other.
6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps or duration, keeping the movement continuous and rhythmic.
7. Focus on maintaining balance, engaging your core, and coordinating your arm and leg movements.
