Instructions
1. Start by lying flat on your back on a mat with your legs straight and arms extended overhead, touching the floor.
2. Engage your core muscles and raise your torso up into a seated position while simultaneously lifting your arms toward your toes. Keep your legs straight.
3. As you lift your upper body, aim to touch your toes with your fingertips. You might not be able to reach your toes, but extend as far as possible while maintaining straight legs.
4. Hold the toe touch position briefly, ensuring your core is tight and engaged.
5. Carefully lower yourself back down to the starting position, keeping the movement controlled.
6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
Remember to exhale as you lift your torso and inhale as you lower back down. Ensure that the movement is smooth and controlled, focusing on using your abdominal muscles to lift your upper body rather than relying on momentum.
