Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with your feet together and your arms at your sides.

2. Begin by doing a side-step out to the left, simultaneously bringing your hands together and up in front of your chest, palms facing outwards.

3. Immediately follow the side-step by jumping your right foot to meet your left foot, while pressing your hands overhead in a smooth, continuous overhead press motion.

4. Land softly on the balls of your feet with your arms fully extended overhead.

5. Reverse the motion by bringing your hands back to your chest as you side-step out to the right.

6. Repeat by jumping your left foot to meet your right foot and performing another overhead press.

7. Continue alternating side-steps with overhead presses in a fluid, controlled motion for the desired number of repetitions or time duration.

8. Maintain a straight posture and engage your core throughout the exercise to ensure stability and to maximize the benefits of the movement.
