Instructions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Inhale and slowly extend both arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, palms facing inward.
3. Bring your arms back to the starting position.
4. Now, extend your arms straight out to your sides at shoulder height, palms facing downward.
5. Return your arms back to the starting position.
6. Repeat this movement pattern of reaching forward and then to the sides for several repetitions.
7. Focus on keeping your movements controlled and your torso stable throughout the exercise.
8. Use this exercise as a warm-up or to relieve tension in the chest and shoulder areas throughout the day.
9. Perform for a desired duration or number of repetitions, breathing steadily and focusing on stretching the chest and shoulders during each reach.
