Instructions

Positioning:
1. Sit on the chair with your feet flat on the floor, about shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
3. Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands behind your head.

Movement:
1. Engage your core muscles.
2. Slowly twist your upper body to the right, keeping your hips steady and facing forward.
3. Hold the twist for a moment, feeling the stretch in your torso.
4. Return to the starting position.
5. Repeat the twist to the left side.
6. Perform 8-10 repetitions on each side, breathing steadily throughout the exercise.

Tips:
- Move slowly and smoothly to avoid straining your back.
- Keep your head aligned with your spine during the twist.
- If comfortable, you can extend your arms to the side for a greater range of motion.
