Instructions

Sitting Toe Stretch on a Chair

Positioning:
1. Sit comfortably on the edge of the chair, ensuring your back is straight and your feet are flat on the floor.
2. Keep your knees together and your feet positioned slightly apart.

Movement:
1. Extend one leg out in front of you, keeping it straight. Ensure your toes are pointing upwards towards the ceiling.
2. Flex your foot by pulling your toes back towards your shin.
3. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your calf and hamstring.
4. Switch legs and repeat the stretch on the other side.

Tips:
- Ensure you are not leaning back in the chair; maintain an upright posture.
- Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch, avoiding any bouncing or sudden movements.
- If you feel any discomfort, ease off the stretch slightly.
