Instructions
1. Set up starting position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. If using a weight, hold it in both hands in front of your body.
2. Right step and swing: Step to the right while simultaneously swinging the weight (or your arms if not using weight) overhead to the right side. Ensure you maintain control of the weight throughout the movement.
3. Maintain posture: Keep your core engaged and ensure your arm is straight but not locked as you reach overhead. Return to starting position after the swing.
4. Left step and swing: Immediately step to the left and repeat the overhead swing to the left side.
5. Continuation and breathing: Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions. Inhale as you step and exhale as you swing the weight overhead. Ensure to keep breathing steadily throughout the exercise.
