Instructions

1. Starting Position:
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold your arms out to your sides, parallel to the ground, or across your chest for balance.

2. Movement:
- Step to the right with your right foot, shifting your weight onto that foot.
- As you step, cross your left foot behind your right foot, bringing your left foot back to the starting position.
- Ensure that your knees stay soft and your core is engaged to maintain balance.

3. Repetition:
- Repeat the step to the right for a set number of counts (e.g., 8-10 reps).
- After completing the right side, switch and step to the left.
- Step to the left with your left foot and cross your right foot behind your left foot.

4. Breathing:
- Inhale as you prepare to step and exhale as you move to the side.

5. Tips for Beginners:
- Start slowly and focus on your form before increasing speed.
- Keep your head up and look forward to maintain balance.
- If you have difficulty with balance, try holding onto a wall or sturdy surface for support.

6. Cool Down:
- After completing your sets, take a moment to stretch your legs and arms gently to avoid stiffness.

Remember, consistency is key, so practice this exercise regularly to improve your coordination and strength!
