Instructions

1. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your elbows bent and fists near your chin as if you're in a boxing stance.

2. Lift your right knee towards your chest while simultaneously twisting your torso to the right, engaging your obliques.

3. As you twist, extend your left arm in a punching motion across your body towards the right, while keeping your right hand near your chin.

4. Return your right leg and left arm to the starting position and immediately repeat the movement, this time lifting your left knee and punching with your right arm across the body to the left side.

5. Continue to alternate sides, maintaining a rhythmic and controlled motion, while focusing on engaging the core muscles during the knee raise and twist.

6. Keep the movements fluid and continuous for the desired number of reps or time duration, without compromising form.

Tips: Exhale as you lift your knee and twist, and punch for a more powerful engagement of the core muscles. Keep your movements controlled to prevent strain on the lower back and maintain balance.
