Instructions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides or in a comfortable position.

2. Begin by slightly leaning to one side and preparing to hop on the supporting leg.

3. Execute a small hop on your supporting leg while reaching across your body with the opposite hand to tap the toe of the elevated leg. Keep your chest lifted and engage your core to maintain balance.

4. Land softly on the ball of your foot and immediately transition to the other side without pausing, replicating the same movement with the opposite leg and hand.

5. Continue alternating sides smoothly and rapidly, resembling a "skier" motion, tapping your toe each time.

6. Maintain a rhythmic and continuous movement for the desired duration or number of repetitions, ensuring proper form and controlled movements throughout.

7. Keep your breathing steady, and try to hop and tap in a coordinated manner to maximize the exercise benefits and cardio aspects.
