Rainbow Switching Toe Tap
Starting Position:
1. Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, parallel to the ground.
Movement Instructions:
1. Begin by bending your knees slightly and preparing to jump.
2. Jump to your right side, landing on your right foot while bringing your left foot to tap the ground behind your right foot in a rainbow motion.
3. As you land, ensure that your right knee is slightly bent and that you maintain balance.
4. Immediately push off your right foot and jump to the left side.
5. On the left side, tap your right foot behind your left foot, again in a rainbow motion.
6. Continue alternating sides, jumping and tapping with each repetition.
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged to maintain balance throughout the movement.
- Use your arms to help with momentum; swinging them in coordination with your jumps can enhance stability.
- Start slowly to master the movement before increasing speed.
- For beginners, focus on form and control before trying to increase intensity or speed.
