1. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands in fists near your chin.

2. Lift your right knee up towards your chest while simultaneously driving your hands up overhead, forming a celebratory pose.

3. Quickly lower your right leg back to the starting position, bringing your hands back to the initial position near your chin.

4. Immediately repeat the movement with your left knee, again driving your hands overhead in celebration.

5. Continue alternating knees with each rep, maintaining a brisk and rhythmic pace.

Tips: Engage your core to maintain balance and generate power during the knee lift. Focus on quick, explosive movements to maximize cardiovascular intensity and muscle engagement. Keep a steady breathing pattern, inhaling upon knee lift and exhaling as you return to the standing position.
