Barbell Standing Concentration Curl
Positioning:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold the barbell with both hands, palms facing forward, and your arms extended straight down at your sides.
3. Ensure that your knees are slightly bent and your back is straight.
Movement:
1. Engage your core and keep your elbows close to your body.
2. Slowly curl the barbell up towards your chest, bending your elbows and keeping them stationary.
3. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement when the barbell is close to your chest.
4. Gradually lower the barbell back to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
