Instructions
1. Start by lying on your back on a flat surface, with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, arms extended alongside your body with palms facing down.
2. Slowly raise your arms over your head in a wide arc while keeping them straight, until your hands nearly touch the floor above your head. This is the first phase, as shown in the third image.
3. After reaching the overhead position, continue the circular motion by moving your arms out to the sides and down towards your hips, essentially resembling the motion of making a snow angel but while lying on your back. This transition is depicted between the third and fourth images.
4. Once your hands reach the level of your hips (or as far as comfortable), reverse the movement, taking your arms out to the sides and back over your head.
5. Repeat this motion for the desired number of repetitions, making sure to keep the movements controlled and fluid.
Throughout the exercise, keep your lower back pressed gently against the floor to ensure your core remains engaged and to protect your spine. Additionally, maintain a slight bend in your elbows if needed to relieve discomfort. This exercise will help improve shoulder mobility while engaging the core muscles.
