Instructions

1. Find a spot on the ground and stand there.

2. Rotate your hands, so that the palms are facing forward.

3. Raise both arms in an arc, straight in front of you, bringing them over your head.

4. While you raise your arms, simultaneously raise one knee straight in front of you.

5. Bring arms and knee down together.

6. Repeat with other knee raised.

7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
