Instructions

1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.

2. Lean back slightly, engaging your core to stabilize your body.

3. Hold a towel with both hands, palms facing down, at about shoulder-width apart.

4. Extend your arms so they are straight and parallel to the floor.

5. Without moving your upper arms, perform a biceps curl by bending your elbows and pulling the towel towards your face, contracting your biceps.

6. Hold the contracted position for a moment, then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.

7. Throughout the exercise, maintain core engagement and keep your back straight to ensure proper form.

8. Repeat for the desired number of reps and sets.
