Instructions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2. Pivot on your right foot, rotating your body to the left while bringing your hands together as if you're holding an axe.
3. With a swift, controlled motion, "chop" downwards across your body toward your right knee, pivoting your left foot as you rotate your torso.
4. Immediately reverse the motion, lifting your arms diagonally across your body while rotating to the starting position. Focus on engaging your core throughout the motion.
5. Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side before switching to the other side.
