Initial Position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms straight in front of you at shoulder height, clasping your hands together or keeping them parallel.

Movement: Engage your core and keep your hips square and facing forward. Rotate your torso to the right with your arms extended, moving your hands to the right side while the lower body remains stable. Rotate back to the center and proceed to the left side, maintaining the same arm position.

Key Points: Ensure the movement is controlled and comes from the obliques, not momentum. Focus on breathing steadily, inhaling through the center position and exhaling through the twist. Maintain good posture, keeping movements controlled to avoid any strain on the lower back.
