Instructions

Positioning:
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Engage your core and maintain a straight posture.

Movement Instructions:
1. Step Back:
- Take a step back with your right foot, landing on the ball of your foot. Your left knee should bend to lower your body into a slight lunge. Keep your right leg straight behind you.

2. Corner Touch:
- While in the lunge position, extend your right arm down towards the right corner (diagonal direction) and touch the ground with your fingertips or reach towards an imaginary corner. Your left arm can remain at your side or extended in front for balance.

3. Return to Start:
- Push through your left heel to return to the starting standing position, bringing your right foot back next to your left foot.

4. Repeat:
- Alternate sides by stepping back with your left foot and reaching down towards the left corner with your left arm.

Tips for Beginners:
- Keep your movements slow and controlled to maintain balance.
- Focus on engaging your core throughout the exercise for stability.
- Ensure your knee does not extend past your toes while stepping back.
- Start with 10-15 repetitions on each side, resting as needed.
