Instructions
1. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Begin with your arms relaxed by your sides.
3. Slowly lift your arms straight in front of you, maintaining a slight bend in your elbows, until your hands are in line with your shoulders.
4. Continue lifting your arms up and overhead until you reach a full shoulder flexion, with your arms by your ears. Ensure to keep your back straight and avoid arching it excessively.
5. Hold this fully flexed position briefly, focusing on feeling the stretch in your shoulders.
6. Slowly lower your arms back down to the starting position.
7. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring smooth and controlled movements throughout each rep.
Make sure to breathe normally throughout the exercise and avoid any jerky movements. Focus on the full range of motion in the shoulders, improving flexibility and mobility.
