Positioning:
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep your knees slightly bent and engage your core to maintain balance.
3. Hold your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height with palms facing downward.

Movement:
1. Begin by crossing your arms in front of your body, bringing your right arm over your left arm.
2. As you cross your arms, slightly twist your torso to the right.
3. Move your arms back to the starting position, keeping them straight and engaged.
4. Repeat the crossing motion, this time with your left arm over your right.
5. Alternate the crossing motion for a set number of repetitions, typically 10 to 15 per side, ensuring smooth and controlled movements throughout.

Tips:

- Keep your movements slow and controlled to prevent injury.
- If you feel any discomfort, reduce the range of your motion or take a break.
