Instructions
Starting Position:
1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
3. Take the towel and loop it around the balls of your feet.
Movement Instructions:
1. Hold the ends of the towel with both hands, ensuring that your arms are straight.
2. Gently pull the towel towards you while keeping your knees straight. You should feel a stretch in your calves and hamstrings.
3. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
4. Relax and slowly release the tension on the towel to return to the starting position.
5. Repeat the stretch 2-3 times.
Tips:
- Do not bounce; keep the movement smooth.
- If you feel any sharp pain, ease off the stretch.
- Focus on breathing deeply during the stretch to enhance relaxation.
