Instructions

1. Stand or sit with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Extend your right arm straight out in front of you with your palm facing down.

3. With your left hand, gently grasp just below the fingers on your right hand.

4. Slowly pull your right hand back towards your body, tilting the palm towards your wrist to feel the stretch along the underside of your forearm.

5. Keep your right elbow straight while you do this.

6. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, being careful not to overextend. There should be no pain, just a gentle pull.

7. Release the stretch and repeat with your left hand.

8. Perform the stretch 2-3 times on each side.
