Instructions

1. Starting Position:
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.

2. Moving to the Side:
- Step your right foot out to the side, landing softly.
- As you step, bend your knees slightly to absorb the impact.
- Keep your left foot stationary.

3. Creating the Circle:
- Raise your left arm to shoulder height as you step to the side.
- Begin to move your left arm in a circular motion, drawing a small circle in the air.
- Focus on maintaining a smooth and controlled movement.

4. Bringing it Back:
- Step your right foot back to the center while lowering your left arm.
- Repeat the side step with your left foot now stepping out to the side.

5. Continuing the Movement:
- Alternate between stepping to the right and left.
- Each time you step, perform the shoulder circle with the opposite arm (right arm when stepping left, left arm when stepping right).

6. Breathing:
- Inhale as you step out.
- Exhale as you bring your arm back down to the starting position.

7. Repetition:
- Continue the exercise for 1-2 minutes, focusing on form and smooth movements.
- Engage your core for stability throughout the exercise.

8. Cool Down:
- After finishing, take a moment to stretch your arms and legs.
