Instructions

1. Start in a standard plank position with your forearms on the ground, shoulders directly above your elbows, back straight, and toes on a towel on a smooth surface.

2. Engage your core, glutes, and thighs, ensuring your body forms a straight line from head to heels.

3. Keeping your upper body stable, slide your feet apart into a "jack" position using the towel to facilitate the movement.

4. Slide your feet back together to return to the starting plank position.

5. Repeat the "jack" movement for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong plank position and controlled movement throughout.

Maintain controlled breathing throughout the exercise, inhale as you bring your feet together, and exhale as you slide them apart. It's important to avoid letting your hips sag or pike up to maintain proper form and to maximize the effectiveness of the exercise.
