Instructions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Choose a medicine ball of suitable weight for your fitness level.
2. Position yourself roughly an arm's length away from a sturdy wall, with the left side of your body closest to the wall.
3. Hold the medicine ball with both hands in front of your body. Engage your core, bend your knees slightly, and shift your weight to your right leg.
4. Rotate your torso away from the wall to generate momentum. Swiftly turn back towards the wall, transferring your weight to your left leg and using the power from your hips and core to throw the ball against the wall with force.
5. Catch the ball after it rebounds back to you, and immediately repeat the throwing motion for the desired number of repetitions.
6. Maintain control of the ball and your body during the entire exercise, keeping your movements fluid and explosive.
7. Switch sides after completing a set on one side, turn around to face the opposite direction and repeat the exercise to ensure both sides of your body are worked evenly.
Remember to choose a medicine ball weight that allows for control and explosive movement, and progressively increase the weight as you build strength and power. Always perform a proper warm-up before starting any explosive exercises.
