Instructions

1. Sit down on the Lever Seated Calf Press machine and position your thighs under the pad, feet facing forward on the foot platform.

2. Place the balls of your feet on the bottom edge of the platform with heels extending off.

3. To start, push off the balls of your feet to lift the weight, fully extending your ankles.

4. Pause at the top of the movement and contract your calf muscles.

5. Slowly lower the weight by allowing your heels to drop below the level of the platform, feeling a stretch in the calf muscles.

6. Without resting at the bottom of the movement, push through the balls of your feet to raise the weight again.

7. Perform the desired number of repetitions before safely re-racking the weight.
