Instructions

1. Step onto the elliptical machine, placing your feet on the pedals and grasping the handles with your hands.

2. Stand upright with a straight back and shoulders back. Look forward, not down at your feet.

3. Begin with a slow pace to get accustomed to the movement. Make sure the machine is set to a low resistance level if you are a beginner.

4. Start to move your legs in a gliding motion, as if you are walking in place. Your feet will move in an elongated circular path, similar to riding a bike standing up.

5. Actively push and pull the handles with your arms in sync with the movement of your legs.

6. Engage your core muscles to maintain stability and assist in the exercise.

7. As you get comfortable with the movement, you can increase the resistance and speed to make the exercise more challenging.

8. Continue the static walk for a set amount of time or until you reach a target distance.

9. Keep your movements smooth and continuous without jarring or jerking motions.

10. Finish your workout with a cooldown by reducing the speed and resistance, allowing your heart rate to gradually decrease.

Before starting any new exercise routine, it is recommended to check with a fitness professional or healthcare provider, especially if you have underlying health conditions or concerns.
