Engage your core muscles to maintain stability.
Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
Movement:
Tap the Inner Thigh:
Raise your right knee to hip height while simultaneously bringing your left hand towards your inner right thigh to tap it.
Ensure your back is straight and your core remains engaged.
Return to the starting position.
Chest Open:
From the starting position, bring your arms up and out to your sides, opening your chest as you turn your torso slightly to the right.
Keep your knees slightly bent for balance.
Repeat on the Other Side:
Now raise your left knee to hip height and tap it with your right hand.
Return to the starting position and then open your chest, turning slightly to the left.
Continue Alternating:
Alternate between tapping your thigh and opening your chest for a set period (e.g., 30 seconds).
Aim for a smooth, controlled movement throughout.
Tips:
Focus on your balance and control to maintain proper form.
Keep your movements fluid to maximize the plyometric benefits.
Start slowly and increase speed as you become more comfortable with the movements.
