Front Cross-Over Foot-Tap

Front Crossover Foot Tap

1. Starting Position:
- Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- Keep your knees slightly bent.
- Engage your core by tightening your abdominal muscles.
- Relax your shoulders and keep your arms down at your sides.

2. Crossover Movement:
- Lift your right foot off the ground and tap it out in front of you, crossing over to your left side.
- As you tap your foot, shift your weight slightly to your left foot.

3. Return and Repeat:
- Return your right foot back to the starting position.
- Repeat the tap with your left foot, crossing over to your right side this time.
- Shift your weight slightly to your right foot as you perform the tap.

4. Rhythm and Speed:
- Continue alternating feet in a rhythmic motion.
- Start slowly to master the movement, then gradually increase speed.

5. Breathing:
- Inhale as you lift and tap your foot.
- Exhale as you return the foot to the starting position.

6. Duration:
- Perform for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your fitness level.
- Take a short rest, then repeat for 2-3 sets.

7. Tips:
- Keep your movements controlled to avoid losing balance.
- Focus on maintaining good posture throughout the exercise.
- Use your arms for balance by swinging them gently as you tap your feet.
