Instructions for Ez Bar Legs Side Pull in Sit Up:

1. Start by lying on your back with the Ez bar placed on the ground to one side of you, within reach of your arms. Ensure the bar has the appropriate weight loaded for your level of strength and experience.

2. Keep your legs together and bent at the knees, with your feet flat on the floor.

3. Engage your core and hold the Ez bar with both hands, keeping your grip close to the weights for better control.

4. Now, perform a sit-up by lifting your upper body towards your knees while simultaneously pulling the Ez bar across your body towards the opposite side, engaging your obliques.

5. Once your torso is at the peak of the sit-up and the Ez bar is on the side opposite to where you started, slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position while moving the Ez bar back to the initial side.

6. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions, making sure to keep the movement controlled and to use your core strength to perform the exercise and not momentum.
