Also known as the “Twerk Machine” 🍑
Setup
1. Stand on the foot platform of the machine with your toes on the edge and heels hanging off.
2. Position your lower back/hips under the padded lever.
3. Use your hands to grip the front handles for stability.
Movement
1. Lower your heels as far down as possible, feeling a stretch in your calves.
2. Push up through the balls of your feet, raising your heels as high as possible.
3. Squeeze your calf muscles at the top of the movement.
4. Slowly lower your heels back down to the starting position.
5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
