Instructions
1. Attach a single handle to a low pulley on a cable machine.
2. Stand perpendicular to the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart, and grab the handle with the hand furthest from the machine.
3. Begin with your arm bent, holding the handle in front of your chest, and your torso rotated toward the cable machine.
4. Push the handle upward and away from your body, extending your arm fully as you twist your torso away from the machine, lifting the cable to overhead. Keep your core engaged as you rotate.
5. As you reach the top of the movement, your body should be facing away from the cable machine, with your arm extended overhead.
6. Reverse the motion by lowering the handle back to the starting position, simultaneously twisting your torso back toward the cable machine.
7. Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side before switching to the other side.
8. Be sure to maintain control throughout the entire exercise, avoiding any jerky movements.
