Instructions
1. Start by attaching single handle grips to the low pulleys on a cable crossover machine. Stand in the middle of the machine and grab the left side handle with your right hand and the right side handle with your left hand, crossing them in an "X" formation in front of you.
2. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, and a slight bend in your knees for stability. You should stand far enough away from the machine that there is tension in the cables.
3. Keep your elbows close to your sides and your palms facing up throughout the exercise.
4. Exhale and curl the handles towards your shoulders by contracting your biceps. Your forearms should be the only part of your arms moving.
5. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement for a second.
6. Inhale and slowly return the handles to the starting position, maintaining tension in your biceps.
7. Perform the desired number of repetitions and sets while maintaining good form and control.
Ensure that you use an appropriate weight to execute the movements with proper form, and make the necessary adjustments to the cable machine to match your height. If you're new to this exercise or not sure about the correct form, it's beneficial to consult with a fitness professional.
