Instructions
1. Set up a flat bench in front of a cable station and attach a handle to the low pulley.
2. Lie flat on your back on the bench, with your head towards the pulley.
3. Grasp the cable handle with an underhand grip (palms facing up) with your arms fully extended and your elbows close to your body.
4. While keeping your upper arms stationary, exhale and curl the handle towards your shoulders by contracting your biceps.
5. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement for a moment.
6. Inhale and slowly lower the handle back to the starting position, feeling a stretch in your biceps.
7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
Remember to adjust the weight on the cable machine to an appropriate level that allows you to perform the exercise correctly while feeling the resistance in your biceps. Avoid using momentum or swinging the weight, and focus on moving the handle solely with the strength of your biceps.
