Bodyweight Rainbow Leg Raise

Instructions
1. Lie on your back on a comfortable surface with your arms extended out to the sides for stability.
2. Keep both legs straight and lift them off the ground slightly, hovering above the floor.
3. Engage your core and lift your legs up toward the ceiling, forming a "U" shape or rainbow arc with your legs.
4. As you lift your legs, tilt them towards one side to involve the oblique muscles.
5. Lower your legs back down to the starting position, hovering them again just above the floor.
6. Lift your legs once more, this time tilting them towards the opposite side to complete one full repetition.
7. Continue alternating side to side movements to create rainbow-like arcs with your legs.
8. Perform the recommended amount of repetitions, ensuring to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
Note: This exercise targets the core muscles and especially emphasizes the obliques. It's important to execute the movements controlled and steady to maintain muscle tension and avoid any momentum or swinging.
