Instructions
1. Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides or in a comfortable position.
2. Raise your heels off the ground, shifting your weight onto the balls of your feet.
3. Begin walking forward steadily on the balls of your feet, keeping your heels raised throughout the movement.
4. Take small, controlled steps, maintaining balance and keeping your core engaged to remain stable.
5. Continue to walk on your tiptoes for a set distance, such as across a room, or for a set duration, such as 30 seconds to a minute.
6. Lower your heels back to the ground to rest before repeating the exercise if necessary.
7. Focus on smooth movements and try to avoid wobbling or rushing, as the goal is to improve balance and strength in the calf muscles.
Remember to breathe naturally throughout the exercise and to stop if you feel any strain or discomfort beyond typical muscle fatigue.
