Instructions
Positioning:
1. Start by standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Raise your arms in front of you, bending your elbows at a 90-degree angle so your hands are at shoulder height.
Movement:
1. Step back with your right leg while simultaneously reaching your left arm forward and your right arm back, as if grabbing something behind you. Your torso should twist slightly as you do this.
2. Ensure your knees are bent and your weight is primarily on your front foot (left foot).
3. Return to the starting position by stepping your right leg forward and bringing your arms back to the original position.
4. Repeat the movement, this time stepping back with your left leg while reaching your right arm forward and your left arm back.
5. Continue alternating legs and arms for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips:
- Maintain a strong core throughout the exercise to support your balance.
- Keep your movements controlled to avoid injury.
- Focus on the coordination of your arms and legs for a more effective workout.
