Instructions

Interlock Fist Circle Draw (Shoulders)

1. Starting Position:
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your knees slightly bent and your core engaged.
- Interlock your fingers, creating a fist with both hands.

2. Arm Position:
- Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height, keeping your fists together.

3. Movement:
- Begin to draw a circle with your fists. Start by moving your arms out to the sides, then up and over to the front, completing a circular motion.
- As you draw the circle, make sure to keep your elbows slightly bent and your shoulders relaxed.

4. Direction:
- Perform the movement in one direction for about 6-8 repetitions, then switch directions and repeat.

5. Breathing:
- Inhale as you move your arms up and out, and exhale as you bring them back down and together.

6. Form Check:
- Ensure that your shoulders remain down and away from your ears throughout the movement.
- Maintain a steady pace and focus on drawing smooth circles with your fists.

7. Finish:
- After completing the desired repetitions, gently lower your arms back to your sides and shake them out to relieve any tension.

Tips:

- If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders, reduce the size of your circles or take a break.
- Keep your movements controlled and intentional to maximize the benefits of the exercise.
