Instructions

1. Start standing with feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed by your sides.

2. Quickly raise your right knee to meet your left hand, while simultaneously raising your right arm overhead in a star shape.

3. As you bring your right foot back to the ground, simultaneously lower your left hand and right arm to return to the starting position.

4. Immediately switch sides and repeat the motion by raising your left knee to meet your right hand, while raising your left arm overhead.

5. Continue to alternate sides in a quick, rhythmic fashion. Focus on keeping your core engaged, your back straight, and your movements controlled but dynamic.

6. Breathe evenly throughout the exercise, exhaling as you bring the knee up and inhale as you return to the starting position.

7. Aim to perform this exercise for a designated number of repetitions or for a set time period, maintaining consistent form.
