Backkick Triceps Extension

Instructions

  1. Starting Position:

    • Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.

    • Raise both arms above your head, keeping your elbows slightly bent and hands clenched into fists.

  2. Movement Phase:

    • Shift your weight onto your right foot.

    • Bend your left knee and bring your left foot behind you, aiming to kick it up towards your glutes.

    • As you kick back, extend your arms overhead rapidly to engage your triceps.

  3. Return to Starting Position:

    • Lower your left foot back to the ground.

    • Bring your arms back to the overhead position.

  4. Repeat:

    • Perform the movement 10-15 times on the left leg.

    • Switch to the right leg and repeat the exercise for another 10-15 repetitions.

  5. Tips for Beginners:
