1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Ensure your weight is evenly distributed on both feet.
2. Keep your knees slightly bent to maintain balance.
3. Stand tall with your chest lifted and your shoulders relaxed.
Movement Instructions
1. Start by bringing your arms down to your sides, allowing them to hang comfortably.
2. Raise both arms overhead, reaching towards the sky. Keep your arms straight but not locked.
3. As you raise your arms, rotate your shoulders back and down to open up your chest.
4. Slowly lower your arms back to your sides and repeat the upward movement.
5. Focus on making a smooth, circular motion with your shoulders as you raise and lower your arms.
6. Perform this movement for 10-15 repetitions, ensuring to breathe steadily throughout.
7. To intensify the stretch, you can hold your arms overhead for a few seconds before lowering them.
