Instructions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your knees slightly bent, and your arms by your sides.

2. Initiate a side step to the left with your left foot, followed by your right foot, getting into a rhythm as if performing a sidestepping drill.

3. As you step to the side, simultaneously perform a "handroll" by circling your right arm over your head in a clockwise manner and your left arm counter-clockwise, mimicking a boxing hand roll motion.

4. Step and roll your hands continuously, alternating the leading foot each time you change direction.

5. Your core should remain tight throughout the movement, and your body should stay balanced and controlled.

6. Perform the exercise for several repetitions or for a set duration, then switch directions and repeat.

Note: Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the exercise and avoid twisting your body excessively or losing balance. The focus is on agility, coordination, and upper body movement, so keep the movements smooth and continuous.
